Man tries to commit suicide at Yacharam panchayath office in Telangana Today

M. Madhusudan (38) attempted suicide, allegedly upset over delays in obtaining title certificate from panchayath officials

Hyderabad: On Thursday, a man tried to commit suicide at the Gram Panchayath in Yacharam, allegedly upset over delays in obtaining ownership certificate from panchayath officials.

M. Madhusudan (38) from Choudaripalli in Yacharam asked for a property certificate to apply for a home loan. However, officials allegedly delayed the process for unexplained reasons.

Upset about this, he came to the Panchayath office, consumed an unknown poisonous substance and tried to commit suicide. He was immediately taken to hospital for treatment. His condition is said to be stable.
