Diddy accused of raping and threatening to kill a 19-year-old student

Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused of raping and threatening to kill a 19-year-old student in the latest case against the rapper.

The alleged victim, who identified herself as Jane Doe, claimed in court documents filed on Wednesday, October 23 that in 2004, while attending college in Brooklyn, New York, she was invited to a photo shoot with 55-year-old Diddy and her roommate.

Doe said she was “flattered and excited to receive an invitation from someone from Combs’ star and position– according to the report he received “Nas” weekly. on Thursday, October 24. (This is the lawyer’s latest request Tony Buzbee.)

After participating in a photo shoot promoting Da Band, the band signed a contract with Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment label, both Doe and a friend were invited to the after party. Before the women, both freshmen, went to the party, Diddy allegedly told them to come to his hotel “for a more exclusive party”, according to the documents.

Doe and her dorm buddy agreed and were allegedly escorted to the Marriott Hotel in Manhattan by Diddy’s entourage.

Shortly after arriving at the hotel suite, where allegedly a dozen people were “having drinks and listening to music,” Doe stated that she and the other student were “abruptly grabbed and taken to a separate room.”

When Doe asked the man where he was taking them, he allegedly replied, “You know why you’re here,” before placing the girls in a room and reportedly locking the door. Doe remembers being alone in the bedroom with her friend and Diddy, who allegedly “instructed” them to drink cocaine from his coffee table and gave them more drinks.

“Combs continued to become increasingly aggressive towards both women until he eventually began forcibly (touching) them without their consent,” court documents state. Doe claims that when the pair resisted, Diddy “ordered” her friend to “perform oral sex on him or he would have them both killed.”

Doe said she begged Diddy to let them go, but he allegedly refused, even as her friend “complied” with his command. Instead, he allegedly ordered Doe to undress “under threat of violence.”

Doe alleged that Diddy then “forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her,” alleging in his records that the musician ” fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Ms. Doe, and she begged him to stop.”

When the security guard opened the door to “ask if everything was OK,” Doe’s friend ran out of the room, but Doe said she “couldn’t move because Mr. Combs was still on top of her.”

When Diddy got up to talk to his employee, Doe said she was told to stay in the room or “she would be killed.” After he left, she claimed she sat in the dark for 30 minutes before another security guard told her she could leave. She immediately took a taxi to her college dorm in Brooklyn, according to the documents.

“The attorney behind this lawsuit cares about media attention rather than the truth, as is clear from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” Diddy’s rep said Us in a statement dated Friday, October 25. “As we said earlier, Mr. Combs cannot answer every new advertising stunteven in response to claims that are apparently ridiculous or patently false.”

The statement continued: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the fairness of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Meanwhile, Doe is asking the judge to award “compensatory damages” for “physical injuries, emotional distress” as well as “psychological damages, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering” during the trial. The alleged victim also asked the court to award her punitive damages to be determined at trial and to pay her attorneys’ fees.

This notification is made three days later NBC News reported it five new civil lawsuits were filed by Lawyer Buzbee in the Southern District of New York against Diddy. The files detail “separate” incidents of alleged sexual assault and rape involving Diddy between 2000 and 2002.

“We will let the allegations contained in the complaints speak for themselves and we will work to ensure that justice is served,” the lawyer said in a statement issued on Sunday, October 20. “We expect to file cases involving Mr. Trump’s name every week. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare documents.”

According to the facility, two of the plaintiffs are men and three are women – the youngest was 13 when she claims Diddy raped her. Meanwhile, Buzbee previously filed six separate lawsuits against Diddy.

Diddy is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

There were legal problems for the music mogul news on the front page since he was accused of sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriend in November 2023 Cassie during their on-off relationship. Diddy has denied these claims, but settled the case out of court in the same month.

When Diddy was arrested on September 6, a 14-page indictment was unsealed. The lawsuit accused him of abusing, threatening and coercing women to “pursue his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.”

Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges but he was refused bail. His legal team has since filed three unsuccessful appeals to have him released ahead of his May 2025 trial.

As Diddy remains in prison, more alleged victims have come forward accusing the rapper of abuse and rape. In one of Sunday’s reports, an anonymous personal trainer claimed that Diddy drugged him and “basically handed out the plaintiff’s drugged body like a party favor for their sexual pleasure.”

Diddy’s representative denied these claims and said Us in a statement: “The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as evidenced by his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.”
