Police arrest a man suspected of threatening to blow up an Ulta Beauty store

(Gray News) – Authorities have arrested a Louisiana man who allegedly threatened to blow up an Ulta Beauty store in Alabama.

According to the complaint, 42-year-old Timothy Lincoln was allegedly overheard by an Ulta employee during an off-site telephone conversation. – WRBL reported.

During the conversation, Lincoln allegedly said, “I’m going to blow this shit up!” This comment resulted in the evacuation of all store employees and customers.

Opelika officers were called to the scene and Lincoln was arrested.

His photo shows writing and markings in different colors all over Lincoln’s face. However, officials do not comment on the markings.

Lincoln was banned from Ulta for life.

Under Alabama law, making a terroristic threat is a Class C felony. If convicted of this offense, the penalty is up to 10 years in prison.
