Manitowoc police are looking for a dog and owner involved in a biting incident

MANITOWOC, Wis. (WBAY) – Manitowoc police are searching for a dog and its owner who were allegedly involved in a biting incident that occurred on November 15.

According to police, the incident occurred on November 15 at 1200 S. 9th Street between 5 and 7 p.m.

The victim was walking when the dog he was walking with was bitten by another dog, and the victim was bitten while trying to separate his dog from the attacking dog, police said.

The attacking dog is described as a black, long-haired Shepard-type dog. The attacking dog has not been found and its vaccination status is unknown.
