Stefon Diggs leaves the game with a non-contact knee injury

HOUSTON (AP) Stefon Diggs left Houston’s game against Indianapolis on Sunday in the third quarter with a non-contact knee injury.

Diggs was running a route late in the third quarter, drove up and grabbed his right knee before falling to the ground.

The Texans said his return from a knee injury was questionable.

Trainers looked after him and after a few minutes they helped him get back on his feet. He slowly left the pitch alone and went straight to the locker room, not stopping to check in the medical tent.

Diggs, who is entering his first season in Houston after being traded from Buffalo, had five receptions for 81 yards before getting injured.
