Driver charged with DWI after Victor’s accident

Deputies provided an update on a property damage accident that occurred early Sunday morning in Victor.

At approximately 3:30 a.m., Tiffany Ann Smith, 44, was involved in a property damage accident on County Road 41.

After questioning, it was determined that the 44-year-old was under the influence of alcohol.

She was turned over to a third party and charged with DWI.

A response to the charges will be heard at a later date in a local court.
