TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – In 2022, 39% of fatal Halloween car crashes involved impaired drivers.

Pedestrian deaths increase by 43% on Halloween compared to other nights, and the risk is especially high for children aged four to eight.

Kristen Allen, Regional Executive Director at MADD Northwest Florida, joined Ava Van Valen in studio to share some important reminders before the holidays.
